When we all started out with the thought or idea to become a hairdresser it was the very first DREAM we started to develop. Once we passed state board and graduated Cosmetology school we started out on our journeys where we started the BUILD. This process can be one of the hardest parts. It's where we hustle, work our asses off, have lots of self doubt, get kicked down to lead us to only getting built back up again. It's where we can question all our DREAMS and think what and why did I do this. The BUILD is the true test it will push us hard to the limits. Once we can get thru the BUILD, we truly start to grow and get out of our own way. This is where hair hustlers are created! It is all about the follow thru with our careers, showing up everyday and giving the best version of us to all of our guests. This is the time we truly develop. It is where we have lots of self discovery, trusting in our DREAMS and look back at the hard days that got us to this point. Then you can sit back and think I did it, I did SUCCEED.

Success comes in so many shapes and forms. Success is self success. It is about that moment in life where you feel it in your heart that this was all worth it. When you reach success that also is where you start to go back to redeveloping DREAMS and think how this process will take place again. It is the cycle to a career, self development, and self growth. It is the time where you celebrate not quitting, not giving up even though you had so many long hard days you wanted to quit. It my friends is WHY HAIRDRESSERS ROCK why we are BADASSES and why we make a difference everyday in the world. It is not only about the people we touch, its also about the people that touch us.
